Cancellation & Refunds Policy
100% of the total bill refunded for cancellation made at least 2 weeks prior to event date (less admin charges of $20 + GST);
70% of the total bill refunded for cancellation made at least 1 week prior to event date;
50% of the total bill refunded for cancellation made 3 working days prior to event date;
No refund will be made if order cancellation is made on the event date.
