• Self pick-up or Islandwide delivery.
• $20 delivery fee Islandwide. Free delivery (single address) for order above $500 (before GST). Additional surcharge of $20 for delivery to offshore areas (Keppel, Sentosa, Jurong Island) and central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18 ,19, 22, 23.
• Surcharge of $60 for delivery before 10am.

Weekends / Peak Period: Do note that delivery slots are on first-come-first-serve basis. Please fill in the online form and our staff will contact you within 2 working days to confirm your order and send you an invoice for payment.

• Cancellation & Refunds Policy
  100% of the total bill refunded for cancellation made at least 2 weeks prior to event date (less admin charges of $20 + GST);
  70% of the total bill refunded for cancellation made at least 1 week prior to event date;
  50% of the total bill refunded for cancellation made 3 working days prior to event date;
  No refund will be made if order cancellation is made on the event date.
