Terms and Conditions for NVD Delights Membership Program
1. Membership Overview
- Membership duration: Free membership is active for lifetime upon sign up but expiry of membership points apply. See point 3.
2. Earning Delight Points & Benefits
- Point Accrual:With effect from 1st December 2025, members earn 2.5 Delight points per $1 on eligible purchases.
- Point Value: 100 points earned is equivalent to $1, which can be used to offset the bill payment in the next purchase.
- Exclusions: Delight Points cannot be earned on retail items, handmade retail items, seasonal items, promotions, delivery, or NVD catering orders.
3. Points Expiration
- Expiration Policy: Delight Points will expire 365 days from the last date of consumption or redemption.
4. Points Management
- Non-Transferability: Delight Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared or sold between accounts.
- No Cash or Voucher Exchange: Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any vouchers.
- Redemption: Earned delights points can only be redeemed in the next purchase and the redemption is valid for whole number only. For example, if there is a balance of 950 delights points, the maximum redemption is $9 (900 points) during the next purchase.
5. General Conditions
- Membership Terms: Members agree to abide by the terms and conditions as stated, which can be found on the NVD website.
- Modifications: NVD reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership program at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Liability Disclaimer: NVD is not responsible for any loss of Delight Points due to account inactivity or expiration.
